Members of the Little Compton Fire Department, as well as mutual aid partners underwent a training by the Rhode Island Department of Heath's Center for Emergency Preparedness and Response. Members learned how to establish and operate a POD (Point of Dispensing), which can quickly be established to deliver medications in the event of a widespread public health emergency.
