Today the LCFD has responded to numerous slip and fall related injuries. Due to increased staffing, we have been able to safely extricate and treat all of our patients with help from our mutual aid partners.

We urge all residence who are prone to fall and slip hazards or who may not be able to recover quickly to stay indoors. The ground is deceptively slippery even after it is plowed or shoveled.
